Dear ESKOM,
You have been charging me crazy amount for the last 3 months, most of the time I am using gas stove to cook. We continuesly experience load shedding, truely speaking your estimations are not true reflection of the amount of electricity that I am using. Who assist with correct measuring of electricity? Otherwise I will opt for prepaid electricity if this issue of incorrect electricity usage continues.
