Failure of attending residents. We have bought electricity but when we try to load it has been saying old. We called Eskom multiple times and they promised that they will come but they didn't. Yesterday I called and they said we must give them a period of 7hrs but they didn't come. I chose to call them again today and the answer that I got was that our request was rejected. We've already lost alot of money busy buying airtime to call this people but they are not helping. Thing is I'm staying with an old person here and I have to go back to school but I can't leave my granny in the dark.
