I have had a terrible experience at langeverwaght Engen.
The petrol attendant and the manager where both incompetent with giving the right information, the gazette the manager was referring to was not on site, nowhere is sign on that says we are not allowed to buy 5L of petrol in can.
The petrol attendant said to me when I stopped and asked for 5L petrol for my weed eater so that I can mix the two-stroke it needs to run. “I will not throw you petrol. Go speak to the manager”. I replied with “that’s fine, please go call him” where he then told me “you can walk to the manager, he is inside” I said to him “you are being rude” where he said “I will not give you petrol. You can maar go to the manager”
Is this the type of service we can expect of Engen in Kuilsriver? Is this what you are promoting? Rudeness to the client?
Not once was I given n explanation, the petrol attendant didn’t even want to go call the manager.
This is totally unacceptable if you ask me, I run a small security company. Never have a felt more like a criminal than this morning, and all i wanted was petrol for my weed eater. Now I feel like I will never return to your garages, and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know what type of service I received from Engen Langverwaght
I am a regular at Engen garages and that will change now, i just want people to know what happened to me
If you were there you would have stood there with your mouth hanging open at this attendants attitude, totally not what engen always portrays.
