I Drive a company car fitted with an efuel device.i went to the garage and saw that they have the efuel device fitted on the nozzle .I told the attendent that i wanted petrol to be be filled using efuel.He said no problem and proceeded to fill my tank.After filling my tank,he then asked me for my card to pay for the fuel.I said with efuel the money goes directly to the garage account.He was totally confused and went and called the manager.I explained to the manager That i told the attendent that i use efuel.The manager was rude .He said that the efuel is not working and that i have to pay for the fuel.Normally if there is a problem ,a form is filled out by the garage with drivers details and payment is made by the bank.The manager refused to do this,stating that there is no such form.I asked for the owners phone number,the manager refused to give it to me.He said until i pay for the fuel i cannot move my car from there.He said that he will take the petrol out of the car.He instructed one of the attendants to remove the petrol from my car.I had filled 49.090 litres for a total of R1085.37.They proceeded to remove the petrol using a hosepipe and air from the compressor.Petrol was gushing out from the tank onto the floor.NO effort was made by the manager to resolve the problem.Eventually i had to pay for the fuel from my pocket before any damage was done to my car. I am totally disgusted by the service i received at the Engen Musgrave motors.
