on the 12th August 2023 ,We initially drove in to get fuel at (Engen garage Zonnebleom Cape Town) and had to wait for another driver who was washing his car at the garage. We waited for him because it was steep and we were cautious not to reverse and bump his car. Michael instructed us to move forward and when we told him we would rather wait , he dismissed us disrespectfully .
When we tried to tell him why we were waiting , he told Us off and referred to us as bitches.we then retaliated and it was basically a circus .
When we wanted to speak to a manager we were told by Michael and his colleague that the manager had already knocked off.
We then went inside to inquire and found that the manager was there. We reported the matter to the manager (Graham).
I wrote an email to the manager/business owner Graham on the very same day, he responded and he promised to interview other customers that were present. I called Graham on the 14th August 2023 to follow up and he said i must give him sometimes to conduct interviews, I waited long enough and his tone on the phone was very defensive about his staff members.
This is a matter of concern no customer should be treated in that manner.
