I got to the petrol station to pour fuel on the evening is 14 August 2022 at 19:57. A taxi drove ahead of me and occupied 2 spaces between tank 5 and 6. I asked to attendants to ask the driver park properly so that I could use the next available tank. The attendant informed me that the driver of the taxi was "almost done" and that I should wait. I am appalled at how complacent they are towards the other driver who was clearly in the wrong. I spoke with the Supervisor, Molefi who told me that the taxi drivers usually do that. My question is how can Engen allow its customers to inconvenience other customers. As a loyal client of the petrol station I expected the attendants to call the other driver to order as we are all there for service. @Engen, I am appalled by this... Your staff should know better and moreover treat all clients fairly
