I need clarity on my emfuleni account. But when I call the line is being rejected. From the switchboard to the accounts department no one picks up the phone. I live far from Emfuleni municipality and need telephonic assistance urgently. This is not the first time that I am experiencing this problem. It surprises me that we pay for services and not even a telephone can be answered.
