My Electricity Meter completely burned-out on 09 Jan 2019. No response after numerous complaints/ calls and photos provided to Emfuleni. Kept getting estimated Electricity bills but non working meter. Now they want to hand me over for non payment whiles i had NON ELECTRICITY.
