The issue about high water billing is continuing regardless of various complains lodged with Ogies municipality office. The water readings do not correspond with the information written in the monthly statement. A promise was made by municipal employee (cashier) that once the wateret metre has been installed; corrections will be made to ensure that correct information is displayed on every month statement
This has not been the case.. The statement has high billing for water consumption of 390000.units charged over R1200 per month and sewage over R400 per month and the municipality continue to shut water down during the day due to scarcity. The high billing is just not accceptanle. Hence I am saying this municipality has very poor service
