Elite Handymen - No transparency with elite handymen

I slam locked a trellydoor and required a locksmith. I called 3 companies and chose Elite Handymen as they quoted R700-1400 for the job (after I sent a photo of the lock and the brand of the door), however, I got an invoice to pay for R3690 at the end of a 5 min job. I was told the quote did not include the change of the lock which was not communicated to me. I did pay but have since requested a refund for the lock and have asked them to come collect their lock and keys (and refund me on these items) as they did not quote me on these. I have not heard back from them. I am concerned by their lack of transparency as well as their lack of communication regarding a refund for the lock that I did not agree to, but was done.
