I'd like to lodge a complaint on behalf of my mother regarding unknown charges on the above-mentioned account number.

We received a call from one of your consultants confirming that there's an amount of R140 that she's owing.

Kindly advise what is the amount for because according to our records we have paid the account in full.

Kindly investigate and provide us with feedback.
