I have been sending over 20 emails and called almost every day just for a settlement letter of my account for closure. I have sent to RCS, to Edgars customer care, and to Nimble collections or attorneys but every one all of them still after two hole weeks could not help me Edgars refers me to Nimble and Nimble refers me to RCS then RCS refers me back to Nimble, how long or by when will I get just a settlement letter in at my limit I want o pay it and close it but I don't get help from anyone of Edgars group
I really don't know how long it takes because it's really frustrating to ask for something for two weeks and stil don't get a reply none whatsoever
