My mum ( 50 years old ) wanted to shop at Edgars store shelly beach, upon arrival into store mum had asked a staff member of edgars if she could have a new card created as she wanted to make a purchase, the staff member who can only be identified upon sight as her details was not visible to my mum, the staff member advised mum that she should go make an application for a new card online at home or she could go to foschini store across the mall to make a card which was usable at edgars store, mum did exactly what the Edgar's staff member said to do and when she had returned to edgars the staff member was nowhere to he found and the teller clerk told mum that foschini cards do not work in the store.. this is unacceptable behaviour how much of buisiness is being lost due to the staff member making incorrect advisions to customers.
