Incompetency of the Edgar's story at Mall of the south loosing clothes that I laybye for our kids Christmas and being told we don't know what happened to the clothes, we can either refund you or shop again, the store manager didn't even feel remorseful for my time being wasted and the whole issue not taken seriously
