I have been trying to resolve a dispute on my acccount for 3 months now to no avail. Edgars is billing my account for fees that is not even due on this account. I have sent them all my payments and have even done a reconcilation of my account for them and they are still not able to resolve my dispute.
I have requested my corrected statements from them but they just totally ignore me and constanty send my letters threatening to list me on the credit bureau when they cannot comprehend my simple request. i have requested a reconciliation of my account from them and they were not able to furnish me with this but rather sent me statements of my account from 2018??? It is now 2022-just a reminder!!! They have even contravened the Popi act as they have sent me statements of other clients. Everytime i send an email which has been now more than 20 times they send me an apology for the inconvenience and state that it has been escalated. How long does a simple query of this nature take to resolve? My frustraton is at its peak at this point and i am now handing over this matter to my attorneys to resolve at Your cost if i do not receive a positive answer by the end of business today.
I have made several requests for a credit manager to call me to no avail.
