DSV - Worst delivery company in south africa

Hi my name is Musa Hayward I was jus so disappointed in delivery guy Tebogo from DSV he was supposed to deliver my phone frm Mtn today, he called me in the morning to come downstairs at the reception to take my phone. I ask him to come to my unit upstairs since I can't walk properly I was involved in car accidents 3 days ago. Before for they make delivery I request special requests from DSV office to deliver my phone straight to my unit since I'm injured and they agreed but on the day of dilivery things changed Tebogo the driver was so rude he told me to come downstairs even after explaining my condition he refused and even hung phone on me. So now I don't even Know when I will receive my phone now I'm stucked
