It has been a month, we have been waiting to receive our cellphone from DSV. Everytime there is some excuse or reason as to why it has not arrived yet. The most frustrating thing is everytime we receive a message that it will arrive today, we wait and arrange things to make sure we are here in order to receive it. Once again, it's a Friday, we received a message, and our Northern Cape branch just doesn't assist us when calling and tracking the order. I then phone the head office, get transferred and hung up on various times, eventually I get through to someone and the lady follows up for us. She phones back and says the parcel is out for delivery, the Northern Cape branch will phone and inform us as to how far the driver is. We receive a call at 15:10 saying the driver will be leaving Kathu soon, coming to Hotazel, a +/- 1hour drive. And she informs us that they will phone when they are near. Again we move our plans and wait, just to once again, sit and wait for nothing. We tried to phone the NC branch at 4:30 numerous times, and no answer. This is becoming extremely frustrating as we have to everytime make numerous arrangements to make sure the right person is available to receive the package, and then nothing happens. It can seriously not be that difficult to resolve an issue like this. Also it cannot take almost a month to deliver 1 simple package. We are highly frustrated and seriously not impressed with your service. That goes for delivery and customer service.
