DSV - Poor service

My parcel was dispatched on the 28th of November by Pharmacy direct till to date I didn't receive my medication. When I track the parcel it states that it is ondelivery, estimated date for delivery is 2nd December, last branch is Mthatha. I called Mthatha branch on the 6th, the lady ensured me that they will deliver my parcel on the following day but that never happened, seemingly they were fooling me. I'm so dissatisfied about the servicebecause I'm now on the
second week without medication. Secondly DSV drivers do not call the recepient, they just leave the parcel to anyone they found in the address without confirming with the recepient. Medication is confidential.
