Hi good day ..my courier company DSV has been holding my delivery parcel since last month they contacted me and I arranged my parcel to be delivered at home ..the called me after that and I still asked them to deliver my parcel at home as they don't pick up my work address..I'm so disappointed as I don't know what to do anymore as they haven't contacted me again as I need my parcel for work purposes.
