DSV - Pathetic service

Good morning

I am incredibly frustrated with DSV. I run my own business. I had scheduled to be at the delivery address yesterday t 15:16pm I received an SMS indicating that the driver was on the way to me. I have been on site all day, which is hampering the way in which I am running my business. I have called DSV 3 times today to follow up when the driver is coming through. All three times, I have been told they will send an email to Durban as they do not have the drivers list. When I called the 4th time, I was advised delivery was unsuccessful. The driver did not arrive, I was on site all day from 7.30am waiting for the delivery. The driver also did not come at all nor did he call. How is the delivery unsuccessful when the driver was not even there. There are so many things I had to put on hold today, including making arrangements to collect my kids to ensure that I am there when the delivery is done. I run a business and this has been incredibly frustrating. I hate the service received (or not received rather) from DSV. It is pathetic. Again, I have to schedule another day, where I am stuck all day, unable to move, to enable DSV to attempt delivery again on a date that cannot even be confirmed with me. I generally deal with a lot of courier companies in my line of work and this is by far the worst service I have received to date.

This morning, I called the Durban branch and the lady hung up on me. When I called (8 times thereafter) there is no answer on the lines at 8:12am.
