I purchased a home wifi from MTN they told me it should be dilivered in 3/5 days by DSV, and DSV did call me telling me that I will be getting my parcel in the 26 of October, which I didn't I never got a call from anyone than Friday a lady called me stating she doesn't know what happened but they will launch an invistigation and gave me another date which was yesterday and both occasions I did receive a confirmation message that the driver was coming but nothing no calls nothing, yesterday I called DSV twice asking them wher is my parcel they told me they can't reach the driver and the Durban branch is going to get back @ me with the driver it never happened up until today, I don't know where is my parcel and no one has called to clarify anything
