My parcel was delivered to an incorrect address on friday 10 December 2021. I have been given incorrect feedback, i was told that my parcel has been collected and will be delivered today 15 Dec 2021 when I followed up today got a new story and now it will only be friday.
Our town is so small i cannot see why the collection at the incorrect place and redelivery at my place cannot be done on the same day.
There is no service if i do not follow up everyday I do not get any feedback.
