My parcel has been dropped of at a locker on friday 05/02/2021 @ 12:35. Kept on checking tracking but no new updates phoned dsv to enquire about parcel then on the phone for 42min before being assisted. Was then informed that the locker has not yet been “serviced” by the driver as yet and that this matter will be escalated but would most probably only receive parcel on friday 12/02/2021.
