DSV - Dsv is a bloody circus

I waited from my delivery from MTN on monday, the driver said he cant pick up my location. Tried to meet him where he was and when I got there he left already. Called him and he was plain rude and told me he wont deliver my parcel. I called DSV many times and i was tossed from one agent to another without getting any assistance. Till today my parcel is not delivered. MTN PLEASE STOP WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Rather use The courier Guy. I am so pissed coz i will pay for something I never received.
