DSV - Dsv delivery

This is the most horrible courier service I've EVER seen. This is the second time. My husband ordered a phone it said to come between certain times and never did and never heard anything from them. The previous time the same thing happened and they called the next day at our gate (did not arrange this) saying they're here after they didn't show up the previous day at the correct time and never contacted back. My husband had to cancel the contracts both times because of this. I hope this courier business closes down.
