On 24/03/2023 the DSV Courier came to deliver a phone from MTN. My thumb prints could not be verified by his machine. I had to sit in his dirty car because it rained. Not pleasant. He left with the phone. I have been trying since Monday to get information about the phone. Only Amanda gave me a REFNo: 3899651 promising to email me with information. I have not heard from her or got any email at all. It is now Thursday the 30th of March 2023. Can somebody contact me please.
