I had ordered a cellphone the 30/10/2023, I received a email stating my parcel has been received by DSV on the 31/10 but its been about 6/7 days now and they have been delaying.
On the 1/11 they called to book me a delivery for Thursday between 12pm-2pm, on that Thursday morning I get a text say the device isn't working and someon will call me to reschedule, nobody called, I called Friday the next day to book for delivery and I was given Saturday the 4th between 10-1pm but nobody called. I just called today Monday morning the 6th, I was informed by the representative that DSV does not do delivery on Saturdays in my area and I was missed informed. She said she can book me another delivery date for tomorrow the 7th and said I must hold on the line and she disconnected the call.
