I ordered a product from mtn which dav was assigned to deliver. I gave specific instructions and took UNPAID LEAVE from work to be available for my parcel. I sat outside waiting 3hours for my parcel at the exact times assigned to me on sms. Got a call and was just abruptly told i wasnt available so they just left. The driver lied and said he called me which i can rpove he did not. No idh was at my gate or even TRIED go make an effort to ask ms to step outside in the street which i told the arrangement people i will even do because it is CRUCIAL to get a wifi router ASAP. They also abruptly refused to transfer me to any supervisor or manager and said EVERYONE is on lunch in thr company after 2pm. They also told me i will not receive my parcel tofay at the arranged date. That was the end of it. This costs me money. As i sacrificed a workday to wait for nothing and still have to pay prepaid data because of a router that was supposed to be delivered by a very uneducated driver who knows NOTHING about customer service. What had become of this country! I will make this viral.
