I have a DSTV Wi-Fi router which I have not been able to connect to for 2 weeks now. I have logged complaints, phoned DSTV and had multiple live chats to try and get assistance. Twice now I have been advised to wait for 48hrs.

I have had to buy data above the value of my monthly installment. I have tried all various ways to dort this out with no luck. It is quite disappointing to have a non functional item which I am paying!!! ???

I am still awaiting response from the team as I was promised that I will not be charged for the period when my WiFi was inactive.

I was charged and I paid... ?

Brand is at an acceptable standard, the service and assistance behind the brand is pathetic. I had to log a call with Hellopeter. Till now I'm still waiting for my reimbursement which I was promised since December 2022. Technical support just passed from one consultant to another up until they just left me hanging. ??????????
