Dstv consultant loaded a debit and 24 months contract without my knowledge...I was told that my account is arrears as a result. Last month one team leader said everything was fixed as there no recordings of me agreeing to hatever the consultant hsa loaded n it will never happen but to my surprise I got an sms that I owe R586.I spent more than hour with 3 consultants today without getting any help. One of them even told me to go Randburg if I want this resolved.
Imagine losing money on the phone and petrol to show that they do care about their customers

This morning when i switched on my tv to watch, my dstv connection showed that i have been disconnected. My payment date is on the 1st of the month, however i have been disconnected today , Date being the 26th November 2022. When i called into the call centre, the guy there told me that its becoz i have an outstanding amount due, which i had no idea whatsoever about, during this month i have made numerous calls to Multichoice, where i have never been told anything about my outstanding amount , coz if i was told i would have definitely paid it. My enmity with Multichoice services is that i am a good paying customer who did her best to avoid being disconnected this month, but have now been disconnected. When i asked the consultant if my services could be reactivated until the 30th of the month, he tells me "No, not until i pay the outstanding amount,ect, ect" to which "I CAN'T, due to me only getting paid on the 30th. I have been a loyal customer to Multichoice for a long period of time now and am absolutely enraged at being treated in the manner i am being treated right now, like i am a brand new customer. Have i not proved to Multichoice already that i am a loyal customer and do make my payments every month??, or do i have big outstanding amounts with Multichoice that you guys are waiting months or years for me to sort out, coz that's the way i feel right now!!. Why can't my services just be reconnected until the 30th and if my payment isn't made, then disconnect me, not disconnect me when i haven't even reached my payment date as yet??.I really have alot of questions that i would like answers to !! , like why do you guys have staff that don't even advise the customers if an amount is outstanding, or why is there no communication at all to avoid this happening??

I have been approached by alot of other service providers to change over to them , however i have never agreed to it, but honestly i feel it would be a better decision right now, so my decision is that from the 1st of December 2022, i no longer am interested in Multichoice services and would like to terminate my contract with Multichoice. i feel IPTV or StarSat or even OVHD would offer me better customer services and in turn i can give them my loyalty.
