On Thursday 13 October, I went to N1 City Multichoice as my Explora was giving me issues. I was then asked by the attendant if I do not wish to change over to a Ultra as it had everything. She processed application, and said it was approved and that I would be contacted the Tuesday for the latest to confirm installation. I received a link to rate her service, which I did. On Tuesday 18th, I received no such call. I the logged a query online, where I was told that my application underwent a second approval, which was only approved on Monday 17th, and that I would be contacted by Wednesday. Till now, no one (no email, no call) has made contact for the installation. I am clearly the least important customer to DSTV that there is no contact has been made. Amazing how I have not received any other request for feedback....
