Multichoice has upgraded Showmax since February 2024, since the upgrade I am unable to stream Showmax on my Television set. They simply tell me to buy or upgrade to a new DSTV Ultra on my expense. I have explained that this upgrade should not be at my expense, since my current decoder is in working order.
I want to be placed back into the position I was before the upgrade from DSTV. They did not concider their clients inconvenience in this change.
