I am having endless problems with DSTV in trying to get my refund back. 1st consultant told me 14 days and seeing that my bank details have not changed all good. Yesterday 21 Nov, i called and spoke to consultant no2, who then informed me that I need to upload copy of my ID and proof of banking details. This was done and I was annoyed about it as consultant 1 should have told me. Then last night I get an email whereby they want me to provide 3 months of proof of payment for 2019 despite the fact that they confirmed my credit. Who in their right mind keeps that. I now have to go to the bank and ask them to look back 5 years ago to 2019 to find 3 months of proof of payment and I have to pay these additional costs. Do they not know what they are doing and why should I have to do this when their records should reflect it.
