About the above, I made an inquiry on 7 November 2023 for the reallocation of funds that I mistakenly paid to another account. The proof payment was sent the same day and the feedback said awaiting approval from GRV for me to be connected it's been six days without approval and I am disconnected yet I have made the payment. The person that approves grv must do the work please I have waiting very long now.
