Hi I would like to lodge a complaint against DStv, they have sent me a message on my cell phone to promote their special offer to reconnect of which I had took on and payed the said amount but they haven't reconnected my account and it has been 3 days now with failed attempts to contact them, please assist me on this matter because it poses as a scam since I had payed towards the said promotion.
