Good morning
I called your dstv call center 0112882244 just after 8am ad spoke to Siyamthanda and told me my catchup is not working and he advised that I reboot the decoder and still the problem was not solved and he told me to reboot again and wait for 30 minutes and someone from dstv will call me thereafter, NO one called as expected.
I called in again at around 9:30 on the same number,spoke to Zodwa Guza,she took me through the same process(rebooting) as Siya without any success.
She then took me through the process of resettinng factory default and scanning,but then it showed PG blocked on the screen. She could not assist with this PG blocked error and told me to hold as she was going to ask someone to help,I held on for about 15 minutes and the phone was cut off.
I am now sitting with a decoder that does not work because of your staff member. Bear in mind that I use airtime to call your call center and your call center agents do no care whether you use airtime or not,they put me on hold and just left me hanging.Poor service.
When I called again for the 3rd time,I was advised to take the decoder to the nearest dstv center,I stay far from town and can only be able to take it next week.
I do not think it's fair for me to pay a full monthly subscription when i won't be watching anything for a week thanks to your staff's fault.
I am very unhappy,disappointed and disgusted about the service I received from dstv today.
If I had a choice, I would stop my subscription immediately.This is the worst service ever.
