DStv - Inactive subscription

My Dstv has been off since the 08/10/2023 evening, it has been showing an error message when switching to different channels…only channel 100 is playing but I have paid my subscription. I called the client service support on the 09/10/2023 nd I spoke with Sinazo Cekisani who walked me through the trouble shooting for about 16 minutes until the line dropped as I ran out of airtime and I tried again to call on the 10/10/2023 with no luck. I’m soooo furious right cz I have paid for something that I cannot use and even after the lady who was assisting did all the troubleshooting my Dstv is still playing channel 100. My son can no longer watch his cartoon due the inconvenience and when i don’t pay my subscription you call me to remind or ask me why I haven’t paid but when I call you with an issue you do not fix it. I want my subscription to be restored nd fixed

Am I expected to pay service that I didn’t not make use of the whole month. Multi Choice has the most disgusting service nd they don’t care about their customers…I’m so pissed off right now

The most unprofessional, unreliable, poor brand that I ever come across. I have called the call center for the same issue without any resolution just ran out of airtime. I wouldn't recommend your brand to anyone and I will not be continuing with my service with your poor company bloody amatures who don't know what they are doing. I resent your company and the funds that I have wasted with it. How I wish people would stop their services with you, no wonder you are losing customers is because you are complete bunch of idiots and stupid fools.

Would you buy again? No
