I took up price lock deal with Multichoice in July and ever since the new decoder was installed it looses signal every week. I called the installer that installed but he says he was only contracted to install not to fix problems. i called several accredited installers to fix error E48-32 but it will play for a few days then return to the same error.
When I call multichoice i am told they are escalating the problem, for two months i have never received any call from the price lock people. I have paid over R2500 to installers to fix the signal problem and i am refusing to pay another dime on this again. Dstv says they can send another installer but I will have to pay them. So i am refusing to pay again and i feel that i deserve to pay for working services. Multichoice must come and fix this error or else i am going to disconnect my services.
