I called Multichoice in May 2023 to cancel my subscription. The agent on the call confirmed that my subscription was cancelled. On 11 Jan 2024, I received a call from Black Associate informing me that my account had been handed over as I had not paid my account.
On the same day, I contacted Multichoice wanting confirmation and a copy of the call I made in May 2023 where I cancelled my account. To date I have not received feedback from multichoice on my query and Black Assosciate is continuing to call me regarding an arranged payment. I advised the agent that they listen to the May 2023 call to confirm that I called to cancel my subscription.
