DStv - Dstv suspended due to multichoice incompetence

I woke up this morning due to the fact that Multichoice have suspended my DSTV based on what they say is "non-payment" however, my account is paid up to date and my last payment was on 29 September 2023 which means that my next payment is due on 31 October 2023 or by the latest 01 November 2023.

I have called DSTV twice. The first time I was kept waiting on the line for close on 8 minutes and the second time for over 18 minutes. So basically I am paying for cellphone calls due to the incompetence of DSTV and Multichoice
