I was not getting updates on catch up and call the call centre for that and they updated software and all was sorted. I noticed that extra view was not playing and I call them again. They changed connection settings but still with no luck. I have been out of extra view for 3 weeks now. Last week I called the lady took my numbers and said someone will call me since she was working from home with limited access to the system. I feel like closing my Dstv subscription due to their lack of service. They put me through this and now they are telling me to call a technician. Every time I call I feel like these people are not eager to help. I have wasted lot of airtime by calling without any help
