I have been disconnected many times and I have called dstv more than 6 times and the issues will be resolved and after two days I will be disconnected and the bill keeps increasing. I was told my payment was not allocated and the reason they deactivating me every two days. I call everytimw this happens and I spend nothing less than 40mins per call. This is frustrating. I am tired. I am not owing DSatV, they are the one owing me and I still get this bad treatment.
