I have been a loyal DSTV customer for over 20 years but find myself now not wanting to put up with the nonsense anymore. I have had nothing but issues the last couple of weeks. First with my Showmax account that took over two weeks to sort out and now with DSTV itself. From being able to watch DSTV and my recordings on a Friday to not being able to get into any channel or recordings on Sunday and then having the customer care consultant telling me to factory reset my decoder because HE HAD NO CLUE on how to help me. It takes forever to get through to DSTV nowadays and you find yourself getting no where fast.
I am sorry it has come to this but I will now be using other platforms instead of DSTV!!
