dotsure - Claim

Hello Peter I have a problem with dotsure.co.za they are very unprofessional and not keeping their promise. I had to call Road emergency assistant to take my car to Suzuki dealership. I got quotation of the repair. I send them email. They never responded to it. I call them several times promising to get back to me. It's been two weeks now and my cat is still at Dealership charging me for storage and the insurance company dotsure are sending me to pillar to post. I don't know what to do now. I am paying every month I never skip the payment.
