Dischem - Dischem pharmacy service

I went to the Pharmacy for self medication in my lunch hour today. I was the only person there but waited for 15min as there was no one behind the counter. At the prescription side there was 2 attendants helping 2 customers, they saw me but no one came to help me, as I was leaving one lady called out to someone "kom help hier asseblief". She only did that as she saw I was leaving. Poor service and this was not the first time. I am seriously not happy with this, as usually all the other service in the shop is quick. This poor service is only at the medicine counters.
