Dis-Chem Pharmacies - Out of pocket expenses for tax period 2022 to 2023

I requested a statement of account eflecting shortfalls for Tax year 2022 to 2023 for levies, costs etc. not paid by Med/Aid.

I submitted the request on 31 October 2023 and follow up e-mail 29 November 2023 with no response and SARS are now pressurizing me for the info.

It's not clear why I've not even received an acknowledgement.

Please urgently assist.
