On the 04/08/2023 I ordered Clinique Foundation from Dischem pharmacy online platform order number
2399942 , I received a confirmation email stating my order will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. After 3 days they updated me stating there is a delay due to Cape Town strike. On the 18/08/2023 I call their call centre and I was told they are out of stock and they will process my refund, my call was cut off and the consultant didn't bother to contact me back. On 24/08/23 I went to Dischem Cape Road to check what was going on I was advised refund was actioned already. On the 29/08/2023 I called the call centre again they lady asked me if I have received my stock and I was confused because on the 18 &24/08/2023 I was told they are out of stock and refund was done. When asked here what was she talking about she said her system was slow she contacted me back , I told her I don't mind holding she came back stating my refund is on my Dischem online account and I can only use it at Dischem website. I need my makeup within 3 days no refund for online purchases I will be accepting
