I placed an order online when I was about to pay the balance with my card the order disappeared on the system I called the customer care,send numerous emails still no response. Inboxed Facebook,Twitter and Instagram they told me they escalated the matter. Then I made call after waiting for a long time listening to their boring music an Agent told me that she spoke to online team and they said they’ll send me a link to complete my payment. Hours later made follow up email still they don’t respond they ignore me. Is this how Dis-Chem treat their Customers? I recently complimented them about their service I guess I spoke too early. I’m just furious what is so difficult to respond to my email or revert to me as we are talking about my money.
