On 4 August 2022 I sent an email with a list of my repeat medication needed. I requested delivery on Friday 5 August 2022. This never happened!
On Saturday 6 August I phoned Dischem, Secunda to enquire about my medication as I have now run out of my normal meds. The "MANAGER" took my details and promised that someone would call me back, this also never happened.
Today is 8 August 2022 and I still have not received my medication, which means that this is the third day that I have not taken my blood pressure medication! This is totally unacceptable!!
It is also the third month running that I have problems with Dischem, Secunda. Maybe the group is getting to large to handle.
I would also like to say that I would rather use one of the other pharmacy groups. I will also send this complaint to the Pharmacy Council today.
