Dis-Chem Pharmacies - Mislead about prescription medication collection

I have been struggling to get scarce medication Ozempic around Cape Town for some time. After calling numerous Dischem pharmacies attempting to find out there was stock I was extremely excited to be informed there was 1 box available in Dischem Table Bay Mall. Laura attended to me & took my details. She requested that I send her my details to reserve the box. Details were sent via whatsApp .She further requested a prescription & I complied. This was after 5pm on Sunday. Initially I intended driving to the outlet but was informed they close at 18:00 hence reserving the medication. Monday 11/12/2023 after 16:00 I rushed to collect and upon arrival to my dismay only to be informed there was no medication reserved.
I wasted my time & resources only to be told - sorry for the inconvenience!
Expectation was created - promise not met. The disappointment & utter disregard of emotional stress caused by this is beyond comprehension. I have no words.

To resolve this: I need this medication ASAP, an apology won't sufice in this debacle .
This was unnecessary! Classic treating a client/patient unfairly. Dischem Table Bay Mall you should be ashamed!
